The ATU Local 726 Benefits Fund is updating the Summary Plan Description (SPD), which sets forth the dental, vision and life insurance benefits administered by the Fund. Be advised that effective April 1, 2018, the Life Insurance carrier has changed to the Amalgamated Life Insurance Company. Click here to see the terms of the new policy. The ATU Local 726 Benefits Fund provides benefits for Amalgamated Transit Union Local 726 bargaining unit members, and for certain spouses and eligible dependents of those members through the ATU Local 726 Benefits Plan.
The Plan is administered by a three-member Board of Trustees appointed by Amalgamated Transit Union Local 726. Contact information for the Board of Trustees can be found on the “Contact Us” page and also is listed in Article 9 of the Plan document.
